BEAR Live สนับสนุนให้ผู้ใช้งานทุกคนใช้งาน BARE Live Application (“BARE Live”, “เรา”) อย่างเพลิดเพลิน ตราบใดที่การใช้งานดังกล่าวไม่ละเมิดต่อหลักเกณฑ์สำหรับชุมชน หลักเกณฑ์ใดๆ ที่เรากำหนด และกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ซึ่ง BARE Live เป็นแอปพลิเคชันที่ให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถนำเสนอเนื้อหาที่หลากหลาย เนื่องด้วยความหลากหลายของผู้ใช้งาน การพิจารณา      ถึงเรื่องพัฒนาการและวัฒนธรรมเป็นปัจจัยที่มีส่วนช่วยชี้แนะแนวทางการปฏิบัติต่อเนื้อหาที่อาจมีความละเอียดอ่อนและเหมาะสมสำหรับผู้ใหญ่มากกว่า ซึ่งบางผู้ใช้งานอาจมองว่าไม่เหมาะสม ดังนั้น เพื่อให้เป็นไปตามหลักเกณฑ์ของ BARE Live ในเรื่องเนื้อหาที่มีความละเอียดอ่อนและสำหรับผู้ใหญ่และไม่ยัดเยียดบรรทัดฐานของประเทศหนึ่งต่อประเทศหนึ่ง BARE Live จึงกำหนดหลักเกณฑ์เกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาดังกล่าว รายละเอียดดังนี้ 

1. นิยาม
   1.1 BARE Live เป็นแพลตฟอร์มการถ่ายทอดสดที่ผสมผสานความบันเทิงเข้าร่วมกับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ใช้งานในการโต้ตอบอย่างเหมาะสมและสนุกสนาน ทั้งยังเป็นศูนย์กลางสำหรับกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจ BARE Live ดูแลและพัฒนาอย่างเหมาะสมเพื่อจุดประกายความสุข ความเพลิดเพลิน และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ภายใน BARE Live และแม้ว่า BARE Live จะไม่ได้กำหนดหลักเกณฑ์ของเนื้อหาภายใน BARE Live บางอย่าง เราจึงกำหนดประเภทของเนื้อรายละเอียดตามนโยบายนี้ เพื่อกำกับการเปิดเผยเนื้อหาได้อย่างถูกต้องเหมาะสม 

2. การเปิดเผยร่างกายหรือการเปลือยกาย
   2.1 BARE Live เคารพรูปร่างและร่างกายของผู้คน และต้องการให้ผู้คนรู้สึกสบายใจในการนำเสนอตัวตนและร่างกายของตนเอง โดย BARE Live ตระหนักว่าสังคมเข้าใจและมีมุมมองต่อการเปิดเผยร่างกายหรือการเปิดเผยเรือนร่างที่แตกต่างกันไป ดังนั้น BARE Live จึงพยายามที่จะสะท้อนบรรทัดฐานทางสังคม วัฒนธรรมในปัจจุบันที่เกี่ยวกับการเปิดเผยร่างกายหรือการเปิดเผยเรือนร่าง เพื่อสร้างพื้นที่สำหรับการสนทนาที่สร้างสรรค์ เปิดกว้าง และส่งเสริมสภาพแวดล้อมที่ปลอดภัยให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานทุกคน ทั้งนี้ BARE Live ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการเปลือยกาย รวมถึงอวัยวะเพศและบั้นท้ายที่ไม่มีการปกปิด ตลอดจนหัวนมและฐานหัวนมของผู้หญิงและเด็กผู้หญิง การสวมใส่เสื้อผ้าโปร่งใสและมองเห็นทะลุได้บางส่วนหรือทั้งหมดไม่ถือว่าเป็นการปกปิดร่างกาย
   
   2.2 การเปลือยกาย หมายความถึง การแสดงอวัยวะสงวนของร่างกาย ซึ่งบรรทัดฐานทางสังคมและศีลธรรมทั่วไประบุว่าควรปกปิดอย่างมิดชิด ปัจจุบันหมายความร่วมถึงอวัยวะเพศและบั้นท้ายที่ไม่ได้ปกปิดของผู้ใดก็ตาม ตลอดจนหัวนมและฐานหัวนมของผู้หญิงและเด็กผู้หญิง แต่จะไม่รวมถึงหัวนมและฐานหัวนมของผู้ชายและเด็กผู้ชาย (รวมถึงผู้ชายและเด็กผู้ชายที่เป็นผู้ชายข้ามเพศหรือผู้ชายเพศกำกวม) หรือบุคคลที่เป็นนอนไบนารี BARE Live เข้าใจและตระหนักว่าบุคคลที่ไม่ได้อธิบายถึงเพศของตนแค่สองเพศตายตัว และยอมรับถึงความซับซ้อนในการปรับใช้นโยบายนี้            เราควรเริ่มต้นด้วยการพิจารณาว่าบุคคลนั้นๆ อธิบายตนเองโดยใช้ข้อมูลและตัวบ่งชี้ของบุคคคลนั้นอย่างไร เช่น        คำบรรยาย แฮชแท็ก ข้อมูลส่วนตัว และการนำเสนอตัวตน
   
   2.3 การเปิดเผยร่างกายอย่างมาก หมายความถึง การแสดงหรือเปิดเผยให้เห็นบริเวณหัวหน่าวและบั้นท้ายบางส่วนหรือทั้งหมด การเปลือยกายโดยนัย อาทิ การใช้วัตถุเพื่อปกปิดอวัยวะเพศที่เปลือยเปล่า สำหรับเด็กแล้วรวมถึงการสวมเสื้อผ้าน้อยชิ้น อาทิ ชุดชั้นในอย่างเดียว
   
   2.4 เงื่อนไขการเปิดเผยร่างกายหรือการเปลือยกายใน BARE Live 
   
   ⠀○ สิ่งที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตใน BARE Live
   ⠀⠀• การเปิดเผยอวัยวะเพศ หัวนมและฐานหัวนมของผู้หญิงและเด็กผู้หญิง การสวมใส่เสื้อผ้าโปร่งใสที่สามารถมองทะลุเห็นร่างกาย
   ⠀⠀• การเปิดเผยร่างกายของเด็กในทุกกรณี
   
   ⠀○ สิ่งที่ได้รับอนุญาตใน BARE Live
   ⠀⠀• เนื้อหาการเปิดเผยร่างกายที่ไม่ใช่เรื่องเพศซึ่งแสดงฐานหัวนมหรือหัวนมของ
   ⠀⠀⠀i. ทารกหรือเด็ก
   ⠀⠀⠀ii. เด็กผู้หญิงหรือผู้หญิงในบริบททางการแพทย์ เพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ด้านการศึกษา หรือเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการปฏิบัติซึ่งเป็นที่ยอมรับทางวัฒนธรรม 
   ⠀⠀⠀iii. ผู้หญิงในบริบทที่คาดหมายได้ทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรม
   ⠀⠀• ฐานหัวนมและหัวนมของผู้ชายและเด็กผู้ชาย อาจรวมถึงผู้ชายและเด็กผู้ชายที่เป็นผู้ชายหรือผู้ชายเพศกำกวม หรือบุคคลที่เป็นนอนไบนารี โดยพิจารณาจากองค์ประกอบเป็นกรณีๆ ไป
   ⠀⠀• การเปิดเผยร่างกายที่ปรากฏอยู่ในบริบทที่คาดหมายได้ทางสังคมและวัฒนธรรม อาทิ การสวมใส่ชุดกีฬาและชุดว่ายน้ำหรืองานเทศกาล

3. เนื้อหาที่มีลักษณะชี้นำทางเพศ 
   3.1 BARE Live ให้ความสำคัญและคำนึงถึงการแสดงความเป็นตัวตนของผู้ใช้งานอย่างสร้างสรรค์ การแสดงถึงวัฒนธรรมของผู้ใช้งาน และการแสวงหาความบันเทิง โดยเราตระหนักว่าบางพฤติกรรมอาจเกี่ยวข้องกับการ            เร้าอารมณ์ทางเพศหรือการชี้นำทางเพศซึ่งอาจทำให้เกิดความไม่พอใจ ไม่สบายใจแก่คนบางกลุ่ม BARE Live      จึงไม่อนุญาตให้มีการแสดงพฤติกรรมยั่วยวนหรือการส่อถึงกิจกรรมทางเพศโดยผู้เยาว์ หรือการใช้เรื่องเล่าทางเพศที่โจ่งแจ้งโดยผู้ใช้งานใดก็ตาม ทั้งนี้ BARE Live อนุญาตให้มีเนื้อหาทางศิลปะบางอย่างอาจมีการกล่าวถึงเรื่องเพศได้ 
   
   3.2 เนื้อหาที่มีลักษณะชี้นำทางเพศ BARE Live พิจารณาจาก “เจตนา” ของผู้ใช้งานเป็นหลัก ซึ่งเจตนาสามารถอ้างอิงอย่างชัดเจนซึ่งการที่ผู้ใช้งานหรือบุคคลใดๆ มองว่าการยั่วยวนดังกล่าวไม่ได้ขัดกับหลักเกณฑ์ ข้อกำหนดและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง แต่ทั้งนี้ BARE Live ยังคงยอมรับว่าเจตนานั้นเป็นเรื่องที่แต่ละคนมีมุมมองที่แตกต่างกันไป ดังนั้นเพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานเข้าใจเจตนา BARE Live จึงใช้ตัวบ่งชี้อย่างเป็นธรรม อาทิ คำบรรยาย แฮชแท็ก เสียง รวมทั้งองค์ประกอบอื่นๆ ที่สังคมถือว่าเป็นการชี้นำทางเพศเป็นตัวช่วยในการประเมินของ BARE Live เพิ่มเติม
   
   3.3 การแสดงยั่วยวน หมายความรวมถึง การเคลื่อนไหวร่างกายบางลักษณะที่มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อกระตุ้นอารมณ์ทางเพศ อาทิ การเปลื้องผ้า (ระบำเปลื้องผ้า) การดันสะโพก การสายเต้านม และการลูบคลึง
   
   3.4 การโพสท่าที่มีลักษณะทางเพศ หมายถึง พฤติกรรมที่มีเจตนากระตุ้นทางเพศ โดยมีองค์ประกอบดังนี้
   ○ เน้นส่วนอวัยวะ อาทิ การซูมไปที่อวัยวะเพศ การใช้มือตีกรอบหน้าอก และ
   ○ การแสดงออกทางเพศอย่างโจ่งแจ้ง รวมถึงคำบรรยายที่มีการชี้นำทางเพศ 
   
   3.5 การส่อนัยยะถึงพฤติกรรมทางเพศ หมายถึง พฤติกรรมที่มีเจตนาชวนให้นึกถึงพฤติกรรมทางเพศ อาทิ
   การเลียนแบบการกระทำทางเพศ (การเลียวัตถุที่มีรูปร่างคล้ายอวัยวะเพศ) เสียง (เสียงครวญคราง) การแสดงสีหน้า (การเปิดปากและทำสีหน้าเลียนแบบการถึงจุดสุดยอด)
   
   3.6 เงื่อนไขการแสดงเนื้อหาที่มีลักษณะชี้นำทางเพศใน BARE Live
   
   ⠀○ สิ่งที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตใน BARE Live
   ⠀⠀• การเล่าเรื่องเพศอย่างโจ่งแจ้ง รวมถึงกรณีกระทำโดยผู้เยาว์
   ⠀⠀• การแสดงยั่วยวน รวมถึงกรณีกระทำโดยผู้เยาว์
   ⠀⠀• การสื่ออย่างเป็นนัยยะถึงพฤติกรรมทางเพศ รวมถึงกรณีกระทำโดยผู้เยาว์
   ⠀⠀• การโพสท่าที่มีลักษณะยั่วยวน รวมถึงกรณีกระทำโดยผู้เยาว์
   ⠀⠀• การเปิดเผยผลิตภัณฑ์ทางเพศ เช่น เซ็กส์ทอย รวมถึงกรณีกระทำโดยผู้เยาว์
   
   ⠀○ สิ่งที่ได้รับอนุญาตใน BARE Live
   ⠀⠀• การเล่าเรื่องทางเพศที่โจ่งแจ้งในเนื้อหาทีมีลักษณะทางศิลปะบางประเภท

4. การทารุณกรรมสัตว์
   4.1 BARE Live เป็นแพลตฟอร์มที่เคารพสัตว์และยกย่องสัตว์ที่เพิ่มคุณค่าให้กับชีวิตของผู้ใช้งาน ตลอดจนถึงวัฒนธรรมและภูมิภาคต่างๆ BARE Live ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการทารุณกรรมสัตว์ ความโหดร้ายต่อสัตว์ การทอดทิ้งสัตว์การค้าสัตว์ หรือการแสวงหาประโยชน์จากสัตว์ในรูปแบบต่างๆ 
   
   4.2 เงื่อนไขเนื้อหาการแสดงหรือโชว์สัตว์ใน BARE Live  
   
   ⠀○ สิ่งที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตใน BARE Live
   ⠀⠀• การฆ่า ทำร้าย และทารุณกรรม รวมถึงการต่อสู้ของสัตว์บนสังเวียน
   ⠀⠀• การข่มเหงและทอดทิ้งสัตว์ 
   ⠀⠀• ชิ้นส่วนร่างกายของสัตว์ที่ถูกตัด ทำลาย ดำเป็นต่อตะโก ถูกเผา หรือได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส
   ⠀⠀• การล่าสัตว์ป่าโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตตามกฎหมายอย่างชัดเจน 
   ⠀⠀• กิจกรรมทางเพศระหว่างสัตว์กับมนุษย์ (การชำเราสัตว์)
   ⠀⠀• การอำนวยความสะดวกในการค้าสัตว์ที่ยังมีชีวิตทั้งหมด และส่วนใดๆ ของสัตว์ใกล้สูญพันธุ์ อาทิ ผลิตภัณฑ์และยาที่ทำมาจากงาช้าง กระดูกเสือ เขานอแรด และกระดองเต่าทะเล
   
   ⠀○ สิ่งที่ได้รับอนุญาตใน BARE Live
   ⠀⠀• ชิ้นส่วนร่างกายของสัตว์ที่เกี่ยวกับการทำอาหาร 
   ⠀⠀• เนื้อหาทางการศึกษาและสารคดีที่สร้างจิตสำนึกเกี่ยวกับการทารุณกรรมสัตว์ ตราบเท่าที่ไม่ได้มีเนื้อหาที่โจ่งแจ้งเกี่ยวกับการทารุณกรรมสัตว์

5. เนื้อหาที่สะเทือนขวัญและมีความรุนแรงต่อมนุษย์
   5.1 BARE Live มีพันธกิจในจุดประกายความสุขและสร้างความสัมพันธ์อย่างสร้างสรรค์ภายในแอปพลิเคชัน และ BARE Live ไม่มีความจงใจหรือยินยอมให้ผู้ใช้งานทำให้ผู้ใช้งานอื่นตกใจ ไม่พอใจ หรือรังเกียจ เนื่องจาก         BARE Live ทราบดีว่าเนื้อหาประเภทดังกล่าวอาจตอกย้ำความรู้สึก ก่อให้เกิดอันตราย ความหวาดกลัวต่อจิตใจ หรือทำให้เกิดความรู้สึกไม่สบายใจอย่างมาก BARE Live ไม่อนุญาตให้ผู้ใช้งานเปิดเผยเนื้อหาที่นองเลือด   น่าสยดสยอง รบกวนจิตใจ หรือมีความรุนแรงอย่างมากในทุกกรณี
   
   5.2 เงื่อนไขของเนื้อหาที่แสดงใน BARE Live
   
   ⠀○ เนื้อหาที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตใน BARE Live
   ⠀⠀• การทรมาน ความรุนแรงที่โจ่งแจ้ง และการต่อสู้ทางร่างกายแบบเอ็กซ์ตรีมที่เกิดขึ้นจริง
   ⠀⠀• การเสียชีวิตและอุบัติเหตุที่โจ่งแจ้ง
   ⠀⠀• ชิ้นส่วนของร่างกายที่ถูกตัด ทำลาย ดำเป็นต่อตะโก ถูกเผา หรือได้รับบาดเจ็บสาหัส
   ⠀⠀• การแสดงเลือดของของมนุษย์และสัตว์
   ⠀⠀• การแสดงอวัยวะเพศของมนุษย์และสัตว์
   ⠀⠀• เนื้อหาที่อาจทำให้เกิดความทุกข์ใจซึ่งอาจก่อให้เกิดความวิตกกังวลหรือความหวาดกลัว อาทิ การแสดงการบาดเจ็บและอุบัติเหตุที่ไม่ร้ายแรง, สัตว์ที่ตายแล้ว, เทคนิคพิเศษ (Jump Scare) และการแต่งหน้าแบบนองเลือด
   
   ⠀○ สิ่งที่ได้รับอนุญาตใน BARE Live
   ⠀⠀• การต่อสู้ในระดับอาชีพ อาทิ การต่อยมวยและศิลปะการต่อสู้แบบผสม
   ⠀⠀• เลือดที่แสดงในบริบทด้านการศึกษาและฉากศิลปะ
   ⠀⠀• ผลิตภัณฑ์จากเลือดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับอาหาร อาทิ ไส้กรอกเลือด ไส้กรอกที่มีส่วนผสมของเลือดหมู เลือดหมู และเค้กเลือดหมู

6. เนื้อหาที่แสวงหาผลประโยชน์และการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ
   6.1 BARE Live เป็นพื้นที่สำหรับการสำรวจ สื่อสารร่วมกันอย่างปลอดภัย โดย BARE Live สนันสนุนให้ผู้ใช้งานได้ใช้งานแอปพลิเคชันได้อย่างปลอดภัย ซึ่ง BARE Live ให้ความสำคัญและตระหนักดีว่าการป้องกันและ            ลดเหตุการณ์แสวงหาผลประโยชน์ การล่วงละเมิด และการคุกคามทางเพศนั้นเป็นความรับผิดชอบของทุกคนในสังคม BARE Live ไม่อนุญาตการแสวงหาผลประโยชน์และการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ รวมถึงเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวกับการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็ก (CSAM) การเปลือย การเตรียมเด็กเพื่อทารุณกรรมทางเพศ (Grooming) การข่มขู่กรรโชกทางเพศ (Sextortion) การชักชวน โรคใคร่เด็ก (Pedophilia) และ           การล่วงละเมิดทางร่างกายหรือจิตใจต่อเด็ก ซึ่งรวมถึงเนื้อหาที่เป็นเรื่องจริง เรื่องแต่งขึ้น สร้างขึ้นแบบดิจิทัลและแสดงในรูปแบบวิจิตรศิลป์หรือวัตถุ
   
   6.2 การแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศ หมายความถึง การล่วงละเมิดหรือพยายามล่วงละเมิดเพื่อจุดประสงค์ทางเพศโดยใช้จากความเปราะบาง ความเหลื่อมล้ำทางอำนาจ หรือความน่าเชื่อถือ รวมถึงการแสวงหาประโยชน์ทางเพศเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนกับเงิน สถานะทางสังคม หรือประโยชน์ทางการเมือง
   
   6.3 การล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ หมายความถึง การล่วงล้ำทางกายในเชิงเพศภายใต้การบังคับขู่เข็ญหรือความเหลื่อมล้ำ ซึ่งครอบคลุมถึงการกระทำทางเพศ อาทิ การพยายามข่มขืน (รวมถึงการพยายามบังคับให้มีเพศสัมพันธ์ทางปาก) การทารุณกรรมทางเพศ (รวมถึงการจูบหรือการสัมผัสโดยที่ไม่ได้รับความยินยอม) กิจกรรมทางเพศกับ     ผู้ที่ยังไม่บรรลุนิติภาวะถือเป็นการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศทุกกรณี
   
   6.4 การคุกคามทางเพศ หมายความถึง การคุกคามทางเพศเกิดขึ้นเมื่อผู้ใดก็ตาม รุกร้ำ ร้องขอ หรือประพฤติทางเพศกับผู้อื่นโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอมในกรณีที่ผู้นั้นย่อมคาดการณ์ไว้ว่าผู้ถูกคุกคามจะมีความรู้สึกโกรธเคือง อับอาย ขายขี้หน้า และ/หรือหวาดกลัว ซึ่งสามารถเกิดขึ้นได้ทั้งโดยตรงและโดยอ้อม ทางกายหรือทางวาจา 
   
   6.5 เนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวกับการล่วงละเมิดเพศเด็ก (CSAM) หมายความถึง สื่อทางเพศของเด็กที่เผยแพร่หรือสร้างขึ้นโดยผู้ใดก็ตาม รวมถึง CSAM ที่เด็กสร้างขึ้นเอง รวมถึงพฤติกรรมทางเพศและการทำร้ายทางเพศโดยนัยหรือโจ่งแจ้งต่อเด็ก รวมถึงการสื่อไปในทางเพศหรือความคลั่ง ความคลั่งไคล่ทางเพศต่อร่างกายหรืออวัยวะของเด็ก
   
   6.6 การเตรียมเด็กเพื่อทารุณกรรมทางเพศ (grooming) หมายความถึง กรณีผู้ใหญ่ผูกมิตรหรือสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ไว้เนื้อเชื่อใจกับเด็ก โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อแสวงประโยชน์หรือล่วงละเมิดทางเพศ
   
   6.7 การข่มขู่กรรโชกทางเพศ (sextortion) หมายความถึง การขู่ว่าจะเผยแพร่เนื้อหาที่เป็นภาพเปลือย ส่วนตัว หรือเนื้อหาทางเพศอย่างโจ่งแจ้งโดยไม่ได้รับความยินยอม โดยปกติแล้วเพื่อเรียกร้องเงิน กิจกรรมทางเพศ หรือเนื้อหาที่เป็นภาพเปลือย ส่วนตัว หรือเนื้อหาทางเพศอย่างโจ่งแจ้งเพิ่มเติม 
   
   6.8 เงื่อนไขของเนื้อหาที่แสดงใน BARE Live
   
   ⠀○ เนื้อหาที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตใน BARE Live
   ⠀⠀• เนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวกับการล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็ก (CSAM) และการเปลือยการของเยาวชน
   ⠀⠀• การส่งเสริมการแสวงหาผลประโยชน์ทางเพศ การทารุณกรรมทางเพศ และความคลั่งไคล้ทางเพศต่อเยาวชน
   ⠀⠀• การชักชวนทางเพศ รวมถึงการชวนให้เด็กมีส่วนร่วมในการกระทำทางเพศนอกแอปพลิเคชัน หรือการเผยแพร่ภาพที่มีเนื้อหาทางเพศอย่างโจ่งแจ้ง แม้ว่าเด็กจะเป็นผู้ชวนก็ตามการส่งเสริมโรคใคร่เด็ก อาทิ สนับสนุนการสัมผัสทางเพศรูปแบบใดๆ การแสดงความรู้สึก หรือการเห็นด้วยกับความสัมพันธ์ทางเพศระหว่างผู้ใหญ่และเด็ก
   ⠀⠀• การทำให้เด็กถูกมองเป็นวัตถุสิ่งของหรือวัตถุทางเพศ ทางรูปภาพหรือฟีเจอร์การโต้ตอบในแอปพลิเคชัน อาทิ ดูเอ็ทหรือสติตช์โดยใช้เนื้อหาของเยาวชนโดยมีการเลียนแบบกิจกรรมทางเพศ
   ⠀⠀• การประจานเด็กที่เคยถูกแสวงหาผลประโยชน์และการกระทำทารุณ รวมถึงการแชร์ต่อหรือการจำลองเหตุการณ์โดยบุคคลที่สาม 
   ⠀⠀• การค้าเยาวชน การส่งเสริม หรืออำนวยความสะดวกในการแต่งงานในวัยเด็ก และการเกณฑ์ทหารเด็ก

8. ผลของการละเมิดนโยบายฉบับนี้
   8.1 กรณีที่ผู้ใช้งานละเมิดหลักเกณฑ์ของนโยบายนี้ทั้งหมดหรือส่วนใดส่วนหนึ่ง BARE Live ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับหรือยกเลิกบัญชีของท่านโดยทันที นอกจากนี้ยังถึงรวมการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการอื่นๆ อาทิ   การบล็อก การลบออก หรือการแก้ไขเนื้อหาใดๆ ซึ่งพบว่าเป็นการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนดในหลักเกณฑ์นี้ ทั้งนี้ อำนาจการพิจารณาและตัดสินใจขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของ BARE Live แต่เพียงผู้เดียว

Welcome to BARE LIVE. We are dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for our adult audience and maintain a fun, healthy, and safe community for all Users. Please read and understand the following community policy carefully and assess your activity and adherence accordingly, as we are strict about our rules regarding Content, “Content” includes anything that can be seen, heard, and/or referenced in any broadcast or broadcast title, any text or images posted to any comments section, and any information posted or contained in any profile in connection with BARE LIVE. Which outlines the rules and guidelines for using our application. By using our application, the Users agree to adhere to these policies: 

1. Definition:

“BARE LIVE” is a revolutionary live streaming platform that artfully merges entertainment with interactivity. This application serves as a hub for a myriad of engaging activities, including spirited discussions, captivating performances, and interactive gaming – all meticulously curated to ignite joy and nurture connections. Within the adult realm, users have access 24. Hours live stream, enabling real-time interactions with the video jockey (VJ). This distinctive feature allows users to express their opinions and engage in thought-provoking discussions. 

2. Age Restriction: 

The utilization of BARE LIVE is permissible only to individuals who have attained to age 18 years old or above, Verification of age might be necessitated. 

3. Principle of Respect and Consent: 

All Users are all treated with dignity, politeness, and their explicit consent. Any manifestation of harassment, hate speech. Or offensive conduct is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.  

4. Sensitive And Mature Content Policy:
   BARE Live encourages all Users to enjoy using the BARE Live Application (“BARE Live,” “We”). As long as such use does not violate our Community Policy, any policy we set forth, and applicable law, BARE Live is an application that provides Users with a variety of content. Given the diversity of our Users, developmental and cultural considerations inform our approach to potentially sensitive and more mature content that may be considered offensive by some. To honor our principle of respecting local context and not imposing the norms of one country on another, BARE Live has set guidelines regarding such content. As follows;
   
   1. Definition
      • BARE Live is a live-streaming platform that combines entertainment with User participation in appropriate and fun interactions. It is also a hub for many engaging activities and performances, all of which are supported by BARE Live.  Proper care and development to spark happiness enjoyment and build relationships within BARE Live. Live, and although BARE Live does not set guidelines for certain content within BARE Live, we determine the content type in accordance with this policy. in order to control the disclosure of content correctly and appropriately
   2. Nudity and Body Expose
      • We celebrate all shapes and sizes and want people to feel; comfortable in how they present themselves and their bodies. BARE Live understands society’s approach to body exposure and clothing differently, so BARE Live seeks to reflect prevailing cultural norms about nudity. BARE LIVE DOES NOT ALLOW NUDITY, INCLUDING UNCOVERED GENITALS AND BUTTOCKS, AS WELL AS NIPPLES AND AREOLAS OF WOMEN AND GIRLS. Sheer and partially see-through clothing are not considered covered.
      • Nudity is showing the intimate body that the prevailing cultural norms indicate should be fully covered. This currently includes bare genitals and buttocks of anyone, as well as nipples and areolas of women and girls. But it does not apply to nipples and areolas of men and boys. (including those who are transgender or intersex), or people who are non-binary. BARE Live recognizes that there are individuals who do not describe their gender in binary terms, and acknowledges the complexity of applying this policy. We start by looking at how someone self-describes using first-party information and indicators. Such as captions, hashtags, and bio, and then may also look at how the person presents. 
      • Significant body exposure Significant body exposure is showing a part of the public area and buttocks, or implied nudity, such as using an object to cover nude genitalia. For young people, it also includes wearing minimal clothing, such as only underwear. 
      • NOT ALLOWED
        • Nudity of adults, including nipples and areolas of women and girls and sheer and partially see-through clothing. 
        • Significant body exposure of young people.
      • ALLOWED
        • Non-sexualized content showing areolas or nipples of:
        • Infants or toddlers.
        • Girls or women’s medical contexts, for educational purposes, or as a part of culturally accepted practice, such as indigenous populations who do not traditionally wear top coverings.
        • Women in culturally expected contexts, such as breastfeeding and chestfeeding, at political protest, or large celebration festivals.  
        • Nipples and Areolas of men or boys including those who are transgender or intersex.
        • Body exposure that appears in culturally expected contexts, such as athletes wearing sports apparel and swimsuits.
   3. Sexually Suggestive Content
      • BARE Live welcomes performances and dances where people can creatively express themselves, celebrate their culture, or seek to entertain. We are mindful that certain behaviors related to sexual arousal or suggestiveness may be offensive to some people and may put young people at risk of exploitation.    BARE LIVE DOES NOT ALLOW SEDUCTIVE PERFORMANCES OR ALLUSIONS TO SEXUAL ACTIVITY BY YOUNG PEOPLE, OR THE USE OF SEXUALLY EXPLICIT NARRATIVES BY ANYONE. We do allow some artistic content with sexual references. 
      • Intent is referenced to be clear that other people finding you sexually arousing is not against the rules. However, BARE Live also acknowledges intent can be subjective. We also recognize that different regions have varying views on what is considered sexually suggestive, which further informs our assessment. 
      • Seductive performances are showing of involving certain body movements that are intended to be sexually arousing, such as undressing (stripteases), pelvic thrusting, breast shaking, and fondling. 
      • Sexualized postings are showing the behavior with the intent to sexually arouse, through a combination of;
        1. Emphasizing intimate body parts, such as by zooming in on genitals, using hands to frame breasts and
        2. Overt sexual expressions, including suggestive captions
      • Allusion to sexual activity is shown in the behavior with the intent to call to mind sexual activity, including imitating sexual acts (such as licking a phallic-shaped object), sounds (such as moaning), facial expressions (such as open mouth to mimic an orgasm). 
      • NOT ALLOWED
        • Sexually explicit narratives, such as vivid descriptions of sexual acts
        • Seductive performances by young people
        • Allusion to sexual by young people
        • Sex products, such as sex toys 
      • ALLOWED
        • Sexually explicit narratives in some artistic contents. 
   4. Animal Abuse
      • BARE Live wants our platform to be a place that respects animals and celebrates the ways that they enrich ours across different cultures and regions. BARE LIVE DOES NOT ALLOW ANIMAL ABUSE, CRUELTY, NEGLECT, TRADE, OR OTHER FORMS OF ANIMAL EXPLOITATION.
      • NOT ALLOWED
        • Slaughtering, mutilating, and abusing animals, including staged animal fighting. 
        • Mistreatment and neglect of animals, such as mutilated, charred, burned, or severely injured. 
        • Animal body parts that are dismembered, mutilated, charred, burned, or severely injured. 
        • Wildlife hunting without clear legal permission 
        • Sexual activity between an animal and a human (bestiality)
        • Facilitation of trade of all live animals, and any part of an endangered animal, such as products and medicine made from elephant ivory, tiger bones, rhino horns, and sea turtle shells.
      • ALLOWED
        • Food-related animal body parts, such as barbecued chicken legs.
        • Educational and documentary content that raises awareness about animal abuse. As long as it does not include graphic content about animal abuse.
   5. Shocking and violent content
      • BARE Live has a mission to spark happiness and create creative relationships within the application. And BARE Live is not a place to intentionally shock, upset, or disgust others. BARE Live recognizes this type of content may be triggering, cause psychological harm, or lead to extreme discomfort. BARE LIVE DOES NOT ALLOW GORY, GRUESOME, DISTURBING, OR EXTREMELY VIOLENT CONTENT.
      • NOT ALLOWED
        • Real-world torture, graphic violence, and extreme physical fighting.
        • Graphic deaths and accidents.
        • Body parts that are dismembered, mutilated, charred, burned, or severely injured.
        • Blood of humans and animals.
        • Genitalia and sexual activity of animals. 
        • Potentially distressing material that may cause anxiety or fear, such as showing non-severe injuries and accidents, dead animals, jump scare effects, and gory make-up.
      • ALLOWED
        • Professing fighting, such as boxing and mixed martial arts.
        • Blood is shown in educational content, such as menstruation, and artistic settings (such as fine art).
        • Food-related blood products, such as blood sausage, blood/black pudding curd, and cake.
   6. Sexual Exploitation and Human Exploitation
      • BARE Live is a space for exploration. Communicate together safely. BARE Live supports Users to use the application safely. We are aware of and realize that preventing and reducing incidents of exploitation. Harassment and sexual harassment are the responsibility of everyone in society. BARE LIVE DOES NOT ALLOW SEXUAL EXPLOITATION AND ABUSE, INCLUDING CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL (CSAM), NUDITY GROOMING, SEXTORTION, SOLICITATION, PEDOPHILIA, AND PHYSICAL OR PSYCHOLOGICAL ABUSE OF YOUNG PEOPLE. This includes content that is real. Fictional, digitally created, and shown in fine art or objects. 
      • Sexual Exploitation is showing harassment or attempted harassment for sexual purposes by using one’s vulnerability. Power inequality or reliability, including sexual exploitation in exchange for money, social status, or political benefits. 
      • Sexual harassment is showing physical penetration of a sexual nature under duress or inequality, such as attempted rape. (Including attempted forced oral sex), sexual abuse (including kissing or touching without consent), and sexual activity with underage persons are considered sexual harassment in all cases. 
      • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) refers to any sexualized material of a young person that is shared or created by anyone, including self-generated CSAM. It includes implied or clearly visible sexual activities and sexual assault of young people, as well as the sexualization or fetishization of their bodies or body parts. 
      • Grooming is showing when an adult becomes friendly or otherwise builds a trusting relationship with a young person for the purpose of sexual exploitation or abuse.
      • Sextortion is showing off a threat to share nude, intimate, or sexually explicit content without consent, usually to get money, sexual acts, or more nude, intimate, or sexually explicit content.
      • NOT ALLOWED
        • Childe sexual material (CSAM) and youth nudity.
        • Promoting youth sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, and sexual fetishism.
        • Grooming behavior and sextortion.
        • Sexual solicitation, including inviting a young person to engage in a sexual act, go off-platform, or share sexually explicit images (even if invited by another young person).
        • Showing or promoting physical abuse, neglect, endangerment, and psychological abuse of young people.
        • Objectifying or sexualizing a young person through images or in-app interaction features, such as making a duet or stitch using a young person’s content that involves imitating sexual acts.
        • Revictimizing young people who have experienced exploitation and abuse, including through third-party reshared or reenactments.
        • Trafficking of youth, promoting or facilitating underage marriage, and recruiting child soldiers.
      • ALLOWED
        • Education and documentary content on the harms of youth exploitation and abuse as long as it does not show such content. 
        • Survivors discussing their own experiences with youth exploitation and abuse.
   7. Discriminatory and Racist Behaviors
      1. BARE Live is enriched by the various backgrounds of our Users Our differences should be respected, rather than a cause for division. BARE LIVE DOES NOT ALLOW ANY  HATEFUL BEHAVIOR, RACIST, HATE SPEECH, OR PROMOTION OF HATEFUL IDEOLOGIES. This includes content that attacks an individual or group of protected characteristics, such as (¹)
         
      2. Hateful ideologies are systems of beliefs that exclude, oppress, or otherwise discriminate against individuals based on their protected attributes, such as racial supremacy, misogyny, anti-LGBTQA+, and antisemitism. 
      3. Protected attributes are personal characteristics that we are born with, are immutable, or cannot change without severe psychological harm, and may result in disproportionate stigmatization.
      4. NOT ALLOWED
         • Promoting violence, exclusion, segregation, discrimination, and other harms based on a protected attribute.
         • Promoting any hateful ideology or claiming supremacy over a group of people based on protected attributes.
         • Demeaning someone based on their protected attributes by saying or implying they are physically, mentally, or morally inferior or calling them degrading terms, such as criminals, animals, and inanimate objects. 
         • Using a hateful slur associated with a protected attribute.
         • Promoting or advertising conversion therapy or related programs that attempt to change a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity.
         • Intentionally targeting people who are transgender or gender non-conforming by referring to them using their former name or gender rather than their current name or expressed gender (deadnaming or misgendering)
         • Facilitating the trade of any items that promote hate speech or hateful ideologies, such as books and clothing with hateful logos. 
      5. ALLOWED
         • Educational and documentary content raising awareness against hate speech.
         • Self-referential slur used by a group member with that particular protected attribute.

5. Rules of Speech

• Respect and Courtesy: Treat all Users with respect and courtesy. Discriminatory hateful, or offensive language or behavior will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to comments related to race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or other protected characteristics.
• No Explicit or Offensive Content: Avoid using explicit, obscene, or offensive language of sharing explicit content in public chat, comments, or any part of the application.
• No Harassment or Cyberbullying: Do not engage in behavior that causes harm, emotional distress, or discomfort to other Users including but not limited the harassing, abuse, verbal attack, molestation, stalking, and/or bullying other Users.
• Responsible Self-expression: The Users have the right to express themselves, but should be done responsibly and within the boundaries of the law and this community policy. 
• No Spam or Disruption: Avoid spamming, trolling, or engaging of others in BARE LIVE community.
• Report Violations: If the Users come across any violations of these speech rules, report them to BARE LIVE’s moderation team immediately. 

6. Consequences of violating

In the event of any breach of these policies. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO PROMPTLY SUSPEND OR TERMINATE YOUR ACCOUNT. THIS MAY ALSO MEASURE SUCH AS BLOCKING, REMOVAL, AND/OR MODIFICATION OF ANY CONTENT IF IT IS FOUND TO BE IN INVOLUTION OF THE GUIDELINES STIPULATED IN THESE POLICIES. The exclusive authority to make such determinations lies solely within the discretion of your services.

These policies will continue to evolve from time to time. This means we may take against a user, server, or content that violates the spirit of these policies when we encounter a new threat or harm that is not explicitly converted in the current version.

We will always try to notify you when we update these policies, but it is up to you to follow their spirit and keep our services safe and a place for everyone to belong.
